INSURANCE & MOTORCYCLE DAMAGE WAIVER FOR RENTALS & TOURS

Minimum Liability Insurance – Included with all Reservations

Motorcycle Liability Insurance Covering Property Damage & Bodily Injury up to the State Required Minimum Limits. This type of insurance will pay for property damage and bodily injury suffered by others in a crash that you caused. This covers the minimum liability required by law for the state where you are picking up your vehicle.

For example reservations in California include the following liability insurance:

• $15,000 for injury/death to one person.
• $30,000 for injury/death to more than one person.
• $5,000 for damage to property.

Standard Loss Coverage is secondary to any other coverage available to the renter. No coverage will be provided for Uninsured/Underinsurance Motorists &/or Personal Injury Protection coverage unless required by law.

Standard Loss Coverage per day is included in your rental rate.  There is a $15.00 per day fee to bind the renters name to the policy payable to the Insurer at the time of rental.

A Loss Damage Waiver is available for purchase which will provide coverage to the physical damage of the motorcycle.
